Welcome to Tears of Sunlight, a text-based tribute dedicated to the innocent schoolgirl and protagonist, Kuronuma Sawako, from the series Kimi ni Todoke by Shiina Karuho. I have tried my best to provide you information about her character and the bonds she share with her classmates. She may seem weak and naïve, but she is just an ordinary girl trying to get through the high school life. Sawako has a kind heart and does not wish to burden the people she cares for. Since the series is still ongoing, the site will be frequently updated to keep up with the current situations. The following essays will only represent events from the manga.
